the effect of Instan Noodle

There are so many instant foods in this world. Such as instant noodle, cornet, nugget and etc. maybe it is not foreign anymore in our life especially; we are, as students. As it is known that many people loves instant noodle very much. Almost, every day they consume instant noodle. Besides, it is very delicious, it is also easily made and also cheap. Although instant noodle has many bad effects for our life many people still eat that. Why instant noodle is not good for our health because: Instant noodles contain substances that reduce the body’s nutrient absorption ability, Instant noodles are high in MSG, and instant noodles contain cancer-causing substances. 
                One of the health risks of instant noodles is that it reduces the body’s ability to absorb other nutrients from healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables. This food has a negative effect in the digestion process. If you are consuming instant noodles and then eat healthy foods later on, your body may not fully absorb the nutrients of the healthy foods because the instant noodles that you eat can affect your digestion even after several hours of eating so it is make you not health.

 
                A cup of instant noodles is also high in MSG or monosodium glutamate. This is not good for our health because if we consume it rottenly we will get bad effect. There are people who are allergic to MSG or who get a burning sensation, headache, or chest pain after consuming instant noodles. MSG consumption is also link to other diseases including cancer.
                Instant noodles are packed with preservatives, anti-freeze and other ingredients that may cause cancer. Additionally, they are also packaged in cups which contain plasticizers and dioxin which are cancer-causing substances that may leach to the noodles once they are poured with hot water to cook the noodles.
                In conclusion, I would like to reiterate that instant noodle has more bad effect than good effect for the people. Besides, it doesn’t have sufficient nutrition; it is also not good for our health. So, we must be careful to consume it. At least, we don’t consume it every day.
